Difference between an apartment and a holiday apartment:
MEALS: Breakfast is included in the price of the apartment. Half-board surcharge available! (Holiday Apartment prices are without meals – meal supplement available!)
CLEANING: Your apartment is cleaned daily, just like a hotel room, free of charge! (Holiday Apartment only once a week! Upgrade to daily room service available!)
PRICE: The price of an apartment is calculated like a normal hotel room, per person and per day. (Holiday Apartment prices are per apartment per day + additional costs.)

Prices are per person/night including a gourmet breakfast and the South Carinthia Activity Card! Local taxes and overnight stays of €2.70 per person/day (for guests aged 18 and over) are not included.
Half-board supplement: €28 per person per day (see below for children’s discounts).
A 10% surcharge applies to stays of less than 3 nights.
3% discount for bookings of 10 nights or more!
Weekly package: 6% discount for all seasons except July and August.

Children’s discount in parents’ room:
Children up to 5 years old receive a 90% discount, children aged 6-9 years receive a 60% discount, and children aged 10-14 years receive a 50% discount on the charged apartment price, provided there are at least two full-paying adults. -
Special dietary and whole-food meals: available upon prior request and arrangement.

Four-legged friends are welcome: Dogs up to 7 kg: €12, 8-15 kg: €15, 16 kg and over: €20 per dog per day, excluding food. We will charge for any soiling or damage.

In case of cancellations, late arrivals, or early departures, charges will be calculated according to Austrian hotel regulations. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance through our website or directly with us. Further information about booking and cancellation can be found here.
