Difference between an apartment and a holiday apartment:
Unlike an apartment, meals and daily housekeeping are not included in the price of a holiday apartment!
Holiday apartments are cleaned and freshly made up once a week free of charge. Please let us know on-site when would be convenient for you.
Holiday apartments are not charged at the half-board rates per person per day, but rather at the rates per apartment per day WITHOUT meals and daily housekeeping! (These can be booked upon request!)

Prices are per apartment/night without meals. Local taxes and overnight stays of €2.70 per person/day (for guests aged 18 and over) are not included.
Electricity fee: €6 per day and a one-time final cleaning fee of €75.
3% discount for bookings of 10 nights or more!
Weekly rate: 6% discount on the base price of the apartment for all seasons except July and August.

Further important information:
Four-legged friends are very welcome: Dogs up to 7 kg €12, 8-15 kg €15, 16 kg and over €20 per dog per day, excluding food. We will charge for any soiling or damage.
In case of cancellations, late arrivals, or early departures, charges will be calculated according to Austrian hotel regulations. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance through our website or directly with us. Further information about booking and cancellations can be found here.
Arrival: Your booked holiday apartment will be available between approximately 2 pm and 4 pm.
Departure: Your holiday apartment will be available until 10:30 am.
