Our Park Villa is located on the same property as our hotel and was built in 1912 and completely renovated by us in 2021. Besides our family, you will be the only guest in this villa. The entire ground floor, with over 90 square meters, is yours.
A combination of modern elegance, an original tiled stove, and high ceilings will simply amaze you. An apartment awaits you that is certainly unique on the lake, highly sought after, and therefore always booked relatively early.

Prices are per apartment/night, excluding meals! Local taxes and overnight stays are €2.70 per person/day for guests aged 18 and over.
Electricity is charged at a flat rate of €6 per day, and a one-time final cleaning fee of €85 applies.
A 3% discount is available for bookings of 10 nights or more!
Weekly rates: 6% discount on the base price of the apartment for all seasons except July and August.

Further important information:
Four-legged friends are very welcome: Dogs up to 7 kg €12, 8-15 kg €15, over 16 kg €20 per dog per day, excluding food. We will charge extra for soiling and damage.
In case of cancellations, late arrivals, or early departures, charges will be calculated according to Austrian hotel regulations. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance through our website or directly with us. Further information about booking and cancellation can be found here.
Arrival: Your booked holiday apartment will be available between approximately 2 pm and 4 pm.
Departure: Your holiday apartment will be available until 10:30 am.
